A fun class set to great music which combines aerobic moves and the stepper.  It is an effective total body workout which really tones your butt and thighs. HI-LO STEP delivers fast results and caters for all fitness levels.

INTERVAL BLAST combines basic high or low impact aerobic moves with barbell and free-weight work, delivering a simple, athletic class designed to increase fitness, tone muscles and blast fat !

PILATES integrates the mind and body to achieve muscle control and improve posture.  A great way to challenge your mobility and stability.   Learn the movement mechanics to pilate's based exercise and core abdominal control.  Great for pre or post pregnancy.

INTERVAL RIDE combines basic barbell and free-weight work together with calorie smashing cycle tracks.  An exhibilarating class that will get you lean and strong in no time.
